I was slightly involved a few years back in building a street NOS application. It was an injected V-twin and it gave 118hp before, 173hp after.
You would need to source the components and build the kit from scratch as I donīt think there's a good quality kit for singles. I think you'd need two solenoids, fuel pump, injector block between carb and cylinder head and all the smaller bits. Hardest thing was to dyno the bike to find the proper mixture. We were all the time afraid to blow it up.
On a Savage, well, I'm not sure whether I'd bother to nitrous it. You might get 50% more power but it still would be relatively gutless. You would also get no more top speed as the Savage is undergeared, in my opinion, for it's stock power and revs in top gear higher than it is safe to rev it.
